    • Click on the My ECBOCES link in the top navigation bar and click on the event that you are attending.

    • This will bring to the page for the event.

  2. Attendance needs to be registered DURING the event.  If you do not get your attendance registered, you will need to contact ECBOCES to have your attendance checked and your certificate will be delayed.

    • Scroll down the page and click on the Attendance and Evaluation heading to expand it.

    • Click on the Auto Attendance Link.

    • The presenter will provide you with the keyword necessary to enter your attendance. Type the keyword in the box and click on Submit.

    • The evaluation form will open towards the end of the event session. The date and time that will open will be show below the link.

    • Once the evaluation has opened, click on the Evaluation Form link to open it.

    • Click on Answer the Questions.

    • Complete the survey and then click on Submit your answers.

    • From the main event page, scroll down the certificate heading and click on it to expand the section.

    • If you have completed the requirements (attendance and evaluation), you will see a link to Continuing Education Certificate. Click on the link.

    • If you still have requirements to be fulfilled, they will be listed under the Certificate and you will not be able to access it.

    • Once it is available and you have clicked on the link, go ahead and click on the link to Issue and Download Certificate. This will create the certificate and download a copy to your computer.

    • Once a certificate has been issued, you can easily find it again to print another copy from the Home Page of the site.

    • When logged in, click on the Certificates icon on the home page.

    • This page will list all certificates that you have been issued for our events since we switched to this automated system.

    • Click on the Download icon to download another copy.
