Introduction

This guide is specifically for ECBOCES Office personnel.

  1. Log into www.ecboces.org
    • Log into www.ecboces.org

    • Find your event using the Search Site/Events box (or the calendar). Just type in the first few letters.

    • Click on the Event you want to add yourself as an attendee for.

  2. Click on the Hamburger Menu icon at the top of the page. Click on Participants Find your name in the Participants list
    • Click on the Hamburger Menu icon at the top of the page.

    • Click on Participants

    • Find your name in the Participants list

    • Click on the Pencil icon by the role you are assigned (either Event Contact or Website Manager)

    • If your name is not in the Participants list, please see Enrolling People into Events.

    • Type the letter a in the search box and then select Event Attendee from the dropdown list and click on the little Floppy Disk icon to save.

    • Do NOT delete the other role you are assigned in the course. Just add the ECBOCES District Member one.
